About Me - Kataryna D. Lemusu

Most of you know me as Kataryna, or Kat. This, my online name, is short for Kataryna Delilah Lemusu.

I don't really know what you're doing here, but since you seem to want to know a bit of information about who I am and what I do, here it is!

My interests are Lemurs (as if noone had noticed yet), and animals in general, particularly those of the primative primate or small carnivore kind. I am an attempted artist and a somewhat better author. My main ambition is to make a difference. I enjoy inspiring people, which this page appears to have done, and also want to become involved in the conservation of some of our wonderful, but sadly disappearing, animals. As part of this, I am writing a children's novel. Or to be precise, I have written a children's novel and am currently rewriting it pretty much from scratch. One day it will get published - *fingers crossed*

I become interested in Pokemon when my boyfriend of the time got me watching the television show. At first I loathed it - I mean, its pretty repetitive and stupid, isn't it? But, after I time, I began thinking about how I could write it much better, and so Kataryna's Pokemon Jungle was born! Since then, that particular boyfriend and I have parted company, as happens, and he has moved on to someone else and I have got myself the most wonderful man in the world. He will probably be quite embarrassed about this, if he knew, but here is a picture of him and I from a party we attended. It was the Kaos yearly "Perversion Party" and I think we were pretty perverse, eh? If only he'd put down the midori...

Kataryna began life as a 13 year old Pooka (that's a human with animal features) in a LARP. She was a compulsive liar, hyperactive and saw the magic in the world. I become so attached to her that I adapted her as my alter ego. Her story can be found on both my fanfiction.net pages and also in the Realms of Lemuria. It is not entirely pleasant... and certainly does not reflect my life in anyway whatsoever! An interesting character to note is Kameron. When I used to put myself in stories, my typical "ideal partner" was blond haired and blue eyed, usually looking like Michael Kiske in his younger days. However, when Kameron came to life, he started off dark haired and dark eyed. It took me a while to realise that with his appearance (aside from the curly hair) and attitude, he reminded me somewhat of someone I knew... namely the man you see above. This was entirely unintentional, but pretty cool.

So what, you may ask, is my real name? Well, here it appears I am Kataryna, but wander around my galleries for a while, and you'll find the real me!

Raynflower: Raynflower was a Dark Faerie I played in a game. She was adored by all the other characters, and also the GM (who, come to think of it, also looked a bit like Kameron...). She was four foot tall, four breasted and covered in short, soft dark fur. Visit my galleries and you shall meet her.

Sharna: Sharna was my original Net name. Sharna herself is a character in my novel "Keeper of the Seven Keys". She's an elf, and quite psychotic, although she was tamed by love (*splutters*). She is human sized, but also four breasted and covered in fur. I think we all see the Furry influence creating in here!

Sunstar: A name I used rarely, Sunstar is an Icarian, which is an elf-like being (typical elf) with wings. She has dark skin and blond hair, and is caring and gentle.

Kataryna: My most overused name - Kataryna is a pooka, a furry and also my (mostly) human character in KPJ. She and I have a lot in common, which is probably why she is me now. My inner child, you might say.
