Khaydarin
Before Pokemon Island became inhabited, the creatures that now live there dwelled on three seperate islands which still exsist but are much smaller - much too small to accomodate the large population it held before. These islands were in the care of the Three Guardians of the World - Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. The Three ruled in peace, keeping careful to maintain the balance of Fire, Ice and Lightning and let the Fourth Guardian sleep in its submarine domain. When trouble arose that could not be settled among a single island's inhabitants, they would bring their complaint to their resident Guardian to be settled. Only occaisionally were matters brought between the Three Guardians but this was rare enough to let them have some peace and quiet time.

Tenchi Kaze
For a long time, people and Pokemon have been bewildered by two creatures. One is Magikarp. It is energetic, floppy, ugly, disgusting to the taste, and utterly useless. Well, almost useless. It has one use that relates to the second of the two creatures: Gyarados. The only apparent reason Magikarp exists is to evolve into Gyarados. These rare Pokemon are sought after throughout the world for their strength, beauty, and scarcity. The puzzling question about Magikarp and Gyarados is this: how can something so feeble become something so mighty?

In the beginning the world was in Chaos the Sun and Moon raised and set at very high speeds. The seasons where out of control, it could literally be winter one minute and summer the next. The creatures on earth at the time didn't know when to sleep or when to eat. Past, Present, and Future where all occurring at once.
All because one thing was missing and that one thing was time.

"Every now and then the time comes for a new herd to be formed, and at this time the strongest of the new Sandslash must break their parental ties and leave together, following the guidance of the power of the ground to find a new place to call home. The tale follows one such group who, after much sorrow, left one of the most powerful of the early herds.
